Don't miss out on this festive event surrounded by artwork at the gallery. It is sure to delight audiences of all ages! The Arts HQ Gallery is located just north of the Surprise City Hall at 6126 N. Civic Center Plaza, ste 102, Surprise, AZ. Free parking on either side of the building with oveflow parking in the adjacent Courthouse parking lot. Open seating begins at 6:30pm.
