Please join the Del Webb Sun Cities Museum on Sunday, May 17, as we celebrate the 127th birthday of Sun City founder Del E. Webb! The museum will be open from noon to 3 p.m., and we welcome both museum members and guests. A special presentation, “John Meeker: The Man Who Saved the Sun Cities!” will be given at 1 p.m. by Alan Schlemmer, Vice President of the Sun Cities Area Historical Society. Carrot cake will be provided courtesy of Tim and Amy Nixon. The Nixon Group is the sponsor of the Del E. Webb Birthday Celebration. Admission to the museum is free for members and $5 for non-members.
